It’s our mission to inspire women around the world to choose Natural Family Planning in service of their health and relationships. Our film’s narrator, Alana Newman has been teaching the Billings Ovulation Method since 2016 and is utilizing digital technology to teach women how to read their body’s natural signs of fertility and infertility—and she is available to teach you—all you need is an internet connection.

One-on-One NFP course

This class is essential learning for any woman, whether you’re married, engaged, or want to accompany your adolescent daughters in understanding God’s design for their fertility.
